At K Beauty Bar, we are committed to delivering your professional-grade skincare products quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our detailed shipping policies before placing an order. By purchasing from K Beauty Bar, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, product restocks), processing times may be extended.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Timeframes
Once processed, packages are shipped via trusted carriers and typically arrive within:
- 3–5 business days within Canada
- Remote or rural areas may require additional time
Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods. These are outside of our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and carrier rates.
Free shipping may be available during promotions if specified.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
It is your responsibility to monitor your package and ensure someone is available to receive it.
We do not contact the carrier on your behalf unless there is a verified delivery issue.
Incorrect Shipping Address
K Beauty Bar is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If the wrong address is entered at checkout:
- The order will be shipped to the address provided
- No refund will be issued
- We cannot reroute packages once they have left our facility
- If the package is returned to us by the carrier, reshipping fees will apply
Please double-check your address before submitting your order.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, K Beauty Bar is no longer responsible for the item.
If your package is:
Lost
- You must contact the carrier directly to open a claim
- K Beauty Bar does not issue refunds or replacements for lost packages
Stolen
- Stolen packages must be reported to your local authorities or building management
- K Beauty Bar does not issue refunds or replacements for stolen items
Marked Delivered but Not Received
- Please check with neighbours, concierge, mailbox compartments, or building offices
- Allow 24–48 hours, as carriers sometimes scan packages early
- If still missing, contact the carrier directly
We cannot provide refunds or free replacements for any missing, lost, or stolen packages.
Damaged Items Upon Delivery
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the packaging and the damaged product
- We will review the claim and advise next steps
Damaged item claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement.
No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges
For safety and hygiene reasons:
- All product sales are final
- We do not accept returns or exchanges
- We do not issue refunds for any reason, including:
- Wrong product ordered
- Change of mind
- Sensitivity or reaction to products
- Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages
- Incorrect address provided
Products that leave our facility cannot be returned under any circumstances.
