All Sales Are Final

K Beauty Bar does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances. This policy applies to:

• All skincare services
• Treatment packages
• Deposits or prepayments
• Retail skincare products
• Gift cards
• Promotional or discounted services

Once a purchase has been made or a service has been rendered, the transaction is considered final.
 

No Service Credits or Transfers

Payments cannot be:

• Transferred to another person
• Applied to a different service
• Used toward a different product
• Converted into credit for future appointments

Each payment applies solely to the service or product selected at the time of purchase.
 

Product Purchases

For health, safety, and quality assurance:

• All retail products are final sale
• Products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded
• Products cannot be brought back into the studio once they have left the premises, even if unopened

This ensures product integrity and safety for all clients.
 

Treatment Satisfaction

While we strive to deliver optimal results, individual outcomes vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare. Payment is for the time, expertise, and materials provided — not for a guaranteed result.
No refunds or adjustments will be granted based on treatment outcomes.

Deposits & Cancellations
